Lumiprobe-Cyanine7 NHS ester
胺類活性染料，近紅外熒光染料，Cy7?的改進的類似物。
近紅外熒光素可以被用來利用生物組織的近紅外窗口。在這個光譜區域，高度增強的組織透明度使得活體成像成為可能。該染料可用于制備CY7標記的生物分子來進行后續試驗，如活體研究及藥物開發相關實驗。
Cy7的特殊結構加固了中心聚亞甲基（polymethyne）鏈的穩定性。這種增強的分子結構會使其量子產率較其母結構提供20%，因此它的熒光強度會更大。
該試劑在標記時需要共溶劑有機溶劑。水溶Cy7 NHS ester可以用于蛋白NIR標記。
